Refund policy

Our products offer up to a “30 day money back guarantee”. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s), we will issue you with a full refund, no questions asked. Of course, we do expect the product not to be damaged, show signs of obvious use and to be returned in the original packaging including the wooden pallet (our packages are secured with wooden pallets to ensure the products remain intact). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

The Goods  has no obvious signs of use

Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Items with man-made scratches and damages are not eligible for return

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You need to send the goods to our designated warehouse, please contact us to confirm the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the proof of received return delivery.

If your return is accepted, You can arrange delivery immediately. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to return broken items?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,take picture/videosso that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice.

Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the partial refund – less  cost of accessories.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
