About Warranty
Geenflor guarantees that, under normal use and in accordance with the applicable usage instructions provided in the product operating manual and maintenance manual, the product will not exhibit any material or workmanship defects during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, the company will repair or replace, free of charge, any product or product component that fails due to material or workmanship defects under normal use and maintenance.
The company reserves the right to modify the scope of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any such modifications shall not have retroactive effect.
How will we resolve the issue?
1. Within 30 days of receipt, if you discover any quality issues with the product, we will ship all necessary parts (including light tubes) to you free of charge. We will arrange for shipment as soon as possible and provide one-on-one online guidance or schedule an appointment for our authorized technicians to install the parts on-site, ensuring you can replace the parts promptly and restore the product to normal use.
2. From 30 days after receipt to the end of the 1-year warranty period, we will provide the following after-sales support: free shipment of all parts except for the lamp tube (core light source), along with one-on-one online guidance. Professional technicians will patiently answer your questions regarding product usage and part replacement, assisting you in resolving issues smoothly.
III. After 30 days of receipt, if the light tube is damaged, you will only need to cover the cost of the light tube itself, while the shipping cost for the light tube will be borne by us. We will promptly arrange for the shipment of the light tube to minimize your additional expenses and inconvenience.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period for company products purchased through Geenflor depends on the equipment you purchased and is calculated from the delivery date. Geenflor offers a 30-day return period and a 1-year limited warranty. The limited warranty is non-transferable, and if ownership of the product changes, the warranty may become invalid. All warranties must be submitted by the original purchaser.
What is not covered by the limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not apply to: (a) cosmetic damage; (b) damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repairs; (e) damage caused by liquid contact; (f) damage caused during storage; (g) theft or loss of the product; (h) defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product; and (i) damage caused by external factors (such as accidents, misuse, natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, or other natural disasters, or other acts or events beyond the Company's reasonable control). Additionally, components or products manufactured by third parties (“Third-Party Products”) may constitute, contain, be contained in, be integrated into, be attached to, or be packaged with the product. Third-party products are not covered by this limited warranty, and the company makes no representations or warranties regarding any third-party products, including but not limited to: (a) warranties of merchantability; (b) warranties of fitness for a particular purpose; (c) warranties of title; or (d) warranties against infringement of third-party intellectual property rights; whether such warranties are express or implied by law, trade custom, course of performance, commercial practice, or otherwise.
