Does tanning cause cancer?
When used properly, it does not. You don't need to worry. Our machines simulate sunlight exposure to the body. When used according to our
recommended duration, distance, and frequency, it can even be beneficial to your health.
How long should you tan for, and how many times should you tan?
Everyone’s skin type and sun tolerance are different, so tanning times will vary. If it’s your first time using a tanning machine, start with 5 minutes on one side. If your skin feels fine, you can tan every other day, increasing the time by 1 minute each time. We recommend keeping the tanning time on one side between 10–25 minutes. Once your skin color reaches your desired effect, you can tan 2–3 times a week to maintain it.
Does tanning cause melanoma?
No, unless you have pre-existing skin conditions such as moles. In such cases, tanning is not recommended.
How effective is home tanning?
We use the same top-tier tanning-specific light source from Germany, which meets international standards and leads the world in technology. The core light source is the same as those used in tanning salons, and daily use is more convenient than going to a salon.
Does using a tanning machine cause skin aging?
Compared to direct sunlight, our machines use safer light sources. The RUBNIO tanning series also has skin-beautifying effects.
When should the lamp tubes be replaced?
The standard lifespan of our lamp tubes is 600-800 hours. After exceeding the standard lifespan, the energy will gradually weaken. To ensure a good user experience, it is recommended to replace them after approximately 1,000 hours of use.it is generally recommended to replace them after 1,000 hours.
Is it necessary to wear protective goggles when tanning? Is the light harmful to the eyes? Is the machine's light harmful?
The machine's light is not harmful. We use advanced technology to remove harmful light, utilizing UVA and a small amount of UVB in a reasonable manner,
ensuring effective tanning. However, the light emitted by the machine is intense. It is recommended to wear protective eyewear when using a tanning machine, as our eyes are not adapted to intense light, and prolonged exposure to intense light can cause discomfort to the eyes.
I am currently taking medication. Can I use a tanning machine?
You can consult your doctor to confirm that the medication you are taking is not “photosensitive” and does not require light avoidance, in which case you can use the tanning machine.
Are there any side effects from using a tanning machine?
Proper use of a tanning machine not only gives the skin a beautiful bronze color but also promotes the formation of vitamin D through the machine's light waves,
enhancing the skin's self-protective ability and preventing diseases caused by lack of sunlight exposure. Based on decades of case data, regular and moderate use of a tanning machine has no side effects.
How often should you use a tanning bed, and how many sessions are needed to achieve a bronze tan?
Tanning has a coloring phase and a fixing phase. Based on the conversion of sunlight energy, the coloring phase requires use every other day. Since everyone has different skin types and uses equipment with varying irradiation values, the time and number of sessions needed to achieve the desired skin tone vary. Generally, about five sessions are sufficient to achieve a bronze tan.
Do you need to remove your clothes for tanning?
Tanning is recommended without clothing. Is the tanning machine very hot and uncomfortable?
All our tanning machines are equipped with advanced cooling systems, ensuring safety and comfort. It feels as pleasant as enjoying a sunbath.
Can you shower immediately after tanning?
It is recommended not to shower immediately, as the skin barrier is open after tanning, and the body is in a state of increased circulation and accelerated metabolism.To ensure tanning effectiveness and maintain bodily health, it is advised not to shower within two hours.
What else should be done after tanning?
After tanning, observe any changes in your skin and apply a moisturizing lotion to replenish moisture promptly, helping to achieve an even and radiant skin tone.
If you experience redness, stinging, or itching after tanning, it is essential to perform post-tanning soothing and repair. You can use a gel containing natural ingredients to alleviate stinging sensations, cool and soothe the skin, and aid in hydration and melanin production.
What should you do if your skin becomes red, painful, or itchy after tanning?
If you experience redness, pain, or itching after sun exposure, it indicates that the skin has exceeded its tolerance level and may have been sunburned. It is essential to perform post-sun soothing and repair, and continue to monitor the skin's condition. If severe sunburn causes peeling, it is recommended to consult a doctor at a hospital. It is necessary to wait until the skin has fully healed before undergoing tanning again.

How do I use my red light therapy properly?
We recommend using the light therapy lamp 1-2 times a day, keeping a distance of 3.9-11.8 inch, and not exceeding 30 minutes of use at a time. Most importantly, wear a complimentary eye mask when using it.
What's the difference between red light and near-infrared light?

Why is the infrared mode light not on? ls my equipment broken?

Geenflor recommends once daily use, although 2-3 times per day may be beneficial for symptomatic areas
